What a day!! It doesn't get much icer than it was the day of this year's Climb! Lots of sweat and short sleeves and sunshine at the top.
Thank you to all who participated in and volunteered at the 2008 Constitution Climb.

Winners from 2008 were:
Men: Andrew Leese at 36:45, a new course record!
Women: Jane Hutchison at 49:00!
What: The Constitution Climb - a 7.6 mile, 2,475 vertical climb, started on a time-trial basis. For an elevation profile, click here.
Where: Beautiful Orcas Island in the San Juan Islands of Washington State. The start will be at Rosario Resort and Spa with the finish at the top of Mount Constitution with a panoramic view of the northern achipelago.
When: Sunday, May 17, 2009. 11:00am will mark the start of the first rider. (Week before Mem. Day).
First rider goes at 11:00 a.m.
Yes, a NEW weekend and NEW start time! Check back for details including a mass start recreational division.
How: Time trial start, staggered every 30 to 60 seconds, depending on the number of entrants.
Who: YOU... and your bike.
Why: Why not? It's a gorgeous and demanding course and this is only the 4th year for this growing event. Besides, the event benefits our friends at Orcas Recreation!
